Series Overview
Our monthly tumor board conference promotes dissemination of information regarding the most current and/or proven therapies related to the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients with cancer. The forum provides a multidisciplinary case-based discussion with the goal of developing individualized patient treatment plans and options while protecting patient confidentiality. The discussion provides for an enhancement of competency when evaluating patients diagnosed with cancer.
Target Audience
Our target audience includes physicians and APPs from the following areas: general and internal medicine, medical oncology, palliative care, general surgery, radiology, radiation oncology, and pathology. Other professionals include clinical research staff, RNs, pharmacy staff, social work, prior authorization, administration, radiation planning, and administrative guests.
