- Assess the clinical utility of ACE inhibitors/ARBs, sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors, and mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists in CKD
- Recommend appropriate pharmacotherapy to slow kidney disease progression in a person with CKD

- Select a treatment strategy for a patient with diuretic resistance based on individualized patient factors
- Compare and contrast finerenone with other mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists and describe when its use may be appropriate
Diuretics - Beyond the Basics - Andrew Keeler, DPH-4 Student
- Outline patient specific factors that may alter linezolid exposure
- Identify patients' linezolid TDM could be considered and at what point would it be most beneficial
- Summarize how to adjust linezolid doses based off drug monitoring
