  2. Implement strategies to approach conversations about Dr. Google's suggestions without being judgmental or dismissive
  3. Explain how we contribute to the confusion that drives our patients to the internet
  4. Analyze our own jargon-oblivion and implement strategies to avoid confusing our patients
