Overview

Nurse SmartUser is an efficiency training program designed to help nurses make the most of the tools available in Epic. The program offers fast‑paced virtual sessions for nurses who are already live in Epic and want to enhance their efficiency, personalize their workspace, and better support their teams.

The SmartUser Program consists of several one‑hour webcasts led by Epic staff. During each session, trainees observe an Epic trainer demonstrate efficiency and personalization tips across key tools and workflows. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and take notes throughout the session.
