Objectives:
As a result of this educational regularly scheduled series, learners as members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Discuss which ultrasound indications are generally most and least sensitive to presence of a nodule on ultrasonography
- Identify motivations for gender affirmation surgery
- Discuss the differences between the makeup of anatomic and prognostic staging systems and their ability to predict survival for patients with breast cancer
- Discuss the complication rate variance between hemithyroidectomy and total thyroidectomy for micropapillary carcinoma
