Dementia Matters is a podcast hosted by Dr. Nathaniel Chin - a geriatrician, memory clinic doctor, and medical director for the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational activity, members of the healthcare team will:
1) Describe the risk of developing dementia among those with chronic mental illness and identify the factors that contribute to this risk.
2) Describe the symptoms/signs of someone with chronic mental illness that should prompt an evaluation for dementia.
