As a result of this educational series, learners will be able to:
1. Identify the role of Out-Of-Hospital Care providers play as part of the interprofessional team responding to the opiate epidemic.
2. Review alternative field treatments for pain-related complaints, and changing provider attitudes.
3. Gain awareness of community resources, surveillance and tracking of field overdoses to help combat opiate epidemic.
