Learning Objectives

As a result of this educational series, learners will be able to:

  1. Discuss the current state of opioid prescribing for children in Wisconsin.
  2. Identify multimodal analgesics and the proper doses to use in the acute post-injury and post-surgical period.
  3. Identify and apply the role of regional blocks to reduce pediatric opioid requirements.
