This series is a dynamic, in-person learning opportunity designed to strengthen your mentoring skills and foster inclusive, supportive relationships in clinical settings. Topics include creating a mentoring relationship, effective communication and feedback, goal setting, managing obstacles, and more.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Improve their mentoring relationships through more effective communication and establishing a safe space to grow.
- Set more appropriate personalized goals and tackle obstacles that develop through coaching and teamwork
- Improve the understanding of how belonging influences a mentee's success and can be hindered by unconscious bias
