Whole Health for Mental Health II (Choose only one)

April 1, 2022 to December 30, 2022

Whole Health for Mental Health II allows mental health professionals to take a deeper dive into several key areas of mental health. Providers examine the gut-brain connection by learning about the power of the microbiome to impact mental health. They will develop skills in collaborative goal setting and work to create wellbeing plans that move beyond the find-it-fix it model of current mental health care.

Intended Audience

Mental Health Professionals who are interested in exploring Whole Health, considering how it can be used to improve one’s own health and well-being, and implementing Whole Health into their professional practices.
