Practicing Whole Health II Skills Labs: 3/1/2022 and 3/8/2022, 5:00 - 7:00 CT (2 hours each day)

March 1, 2022 to March 8, 2022

Healthcare outcomes depend upon a patient’s ability to follow through with recommended treatments. However, many patients struggle to adhere to professional recommendations. In this course we explore ways to improve patient adherence by brainstorming new options and examining individual perspectives.

Intended Audience

Clinicians who are interested in exploring Whole Health, considering how it can be used to improve one’s own health and well-being, and implementing Whole Health into their professional practices.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify perspectives, assumptions, and barriers that impact a patient’s ability to change
  • Apply brainstorming techniques to patients who want to identify new health behaviors
  • Explain the scientific data behind brainstorming skills
