This activity will assist learners to develop strategies that will be applicable to changing clinical and administrative practices in order to be successful in the pay for value environment.

Intended Audience

This event is designed for senior leaders, physicians, pharmacists, nurse leaders, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, front line staff, social workers and care coordinators.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • List the benefits and drawbacks of direct-to-employer contracting to the provider organization.
  • Explain the essential components of a successful direct-to-employer arrangement.
