Learning Objectives:

 

  1. List the primary sites of sport-related nerve entrapment and injury in the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
  2. Identify the symptoms, signs, diagnostic evaluation and treatment of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand nerve entrapment syndromes and injuries related to sports participation
  3. Develop a higher degree of suspicion for these diagnoses when pain and/or paresthesia persist after treatment for more common sport-related injuries
