Objectives: 

1. Outline the capabilities and limitations of large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing tools in oncology care, research workflows, and electronic health record data extraction.
2. Assess potential safety risks and performance limitations of LLM-assisted clinical and research tasks, including hallucinations, automation bias, and gaps in oncology-specific reasoning.
3. Apply principles of clinical validation, human oversight, and workflow-aware implementation when considering integration of AI tools into oncology practice and research infrastructure.
