Objectives:

As a result of this educational regularly scheduled series, learners will be able to:

1.Explain general rules of enteral tube medication administration that limit interactions and reduce risk of tube blockage

2.Identify clinically significant interactions between specific medications and enteral feeding tubes

3.Follow a standardized process for assessing the appropriateness of medication administration via enteral tubes
