  1. Summarize the importance of the INR test in a patient with abnormal liver function tests to determine whether a pediatric patient should be referred to a liver transplant center.
  2. Explain why sedatives and narcotics should be avoided in pediatric acute liver failure patients
  3. Define pediatric acute liver failure is different for that of adults.
