  1. Summarize the main purpose and key processes of hospital Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs).
  2. Describe the methodology and results of the 2025-2027 Dane County CHNA as they pertain to child and adolescent health.
  3. Describe opportunities for integrating youth and trainees in Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) activities.
  4. Outline how the Dane County and other CHNAs can be leveraged to “set a course” for strategy development and clinical engagement related to pediatric community health improvement.
