Pediatrics Clinical Care Week 2026
Overview
The Department of Pediatrics Clinical Care Week is a hybrid conference that fosters an interdisciplinary learning community among health care providers. Focused on innovations in pediatric care across Wisconsin and the nation, the conference supports the vision that all patients and families receive the highest quality care. Through continuing education and shared best practices, we aim to strengthen clinical guidelines, promote collaboration across disciplines, and address health equity. The week also offers opportunities to connect, reflect, and support the well-being of patients, families, and care teams.
Intended Audience
This activity is designed to meet the needs of physicians, patients/caregivers/community members, students, residents, fellows, and trainees.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational activity, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Outline new evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and best practice recommendations in relevant pediatric topics.
- Describe medical, social, and environmental issues impacting pediatric health
- Develop relationships with other pediatric health care providers to build community and works collaboratively on addressing the health of children and families in our community
- Examine best practices for enhancing social impact and belonging in clinical care practice
