1. Top of page, select [NetID Login] OR [Visitor Login]

2. SCROLL down to RED BUTTON [Begin] and CLICK

3. Left of page, under COURSE PROGRESS, SELECT [Evaluation]

4. PRESS [Start]

5. FILLOUT the form then PRESS [Submit] to finish

6. CONGRATULATIONS you have recorded your attendance and earned your CME/CE credit!
