1. IMPORTANT you will need to login to your ICEP account in order to access the evaluation. The login tab can be found in the upper right corner of the web page.
2. Once you are logged in, scroll down and click on the red "Begin" button
3. Click "Evaluation" from the progress bar on the left
4. Click "Start"
5. You will receive your credit after you submit the evaluation form.
