1. Top of page, select [NetID Login] OR [Visitor Login]

2. SCROLL down to RED BUTTON [Begin] and CLICK

3. Left of page, under COURSE PROGRESS, SELECT [Quiz] and/or [Evaluation] (Note: Quiz is only required if you are eligible for IJCAHPO credit)

4. CLICK [Start]

5. FILLOUT the form then PRESS [Submit] to finish

6. CONGRATULATIONS you have recorded your attendance and earned your CE credit!
