New England Epic-user Collaborative Fall 2025 Conference

October 27, 2025

Course Overview

The New England Epic-user Collaborative, Inc. is a non-profit consortium of healthcare institutions across the region that use the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Our biannual conference—held each March and October—serves as a dynamic forum for clinicians, pharmacists, analysts, and other Epic users to share best practices, explore optimization strategies, and collaborate on improving patient care and outcomes. Modeled after Epic’s XGM and UGM events, the conference features user-led presentations, interactive breakout sessions, and discussions focused on real-world applications of Epic tools. Our inaugural event in October 2024 welcomed over 300 attendees, and we are committed to growing this community of practice through continued knowledge exchange and innovation.
