Series Overview

Neurosurgery Grand Rounds covers a breadth of topics so that the entire team is apprised of neurosurgery innovations, most recent research, and best practices in patient-centered care. Target audience is the entire neurosurgery interdisciplinary team. Everyone is invited, including basic scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, programs assistants, students, guests, and other professionals.

Global Objectives

As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:

• Improve interprofessional communication skills across all members of the healthcare team providing neurosurgery care.
• Describe patient care and procedural skills essential to neurological surgery practice.
• Apply pertinent medical knowledge in the field of neurological surgery.
• Define providing patient-centered care in the context of diverse clinical encounters in neurological surgery.
