Quality Improvement Work

UWSMPH/UW Health MOC Portfolio Program has developed an opportunity for you to earn MOC IV credit for COVID-19 work you participated in from March, 2020, through December, 2022. This opportunity is for UW Health-affiliated physicians and physician assistants only.

Earn MOC IV credit by simply completing a COVID-19 QI form, which can be accessed once you are enrolled.
