Series Overview
This case based conference is designed to highlight evidence based medical management of both common and rare pathologies encoutered during critical care transport. The conference focuses on logistical and opperational consideration to deliver evidence based care in the pre-hospital, in-hospital, and transport environment.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will:
- Apply evidence based guidelines to improve patient care outcomes
- Adjust patient management strategy based on the clinical environment in which they are providing care.
- Identify and communicate potential resources available and work together to utilize those resources in providing optimal patient care.
