Series Overview
The GROW-WI ECHO is a monthly series consisting of a case discussion and an educational presentation. Participants will engage in dicussion and learning about antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn topics, with a particular focus on interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams in the rural setting.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will:
- Increase collaboration and communication among perinatal care providers in rural settings to improve teamwork across interdisciplinary members.
- Integrate current evidence-based guidelines and protocols in obstetric care.
- Identify and address the specific challenges faced by rural perinatal care providers that result in suboptimal patient outcomes.
