Series Overview
The Experiential Teaching Monthly Journal Club provides an opportunity for Health Sciences clinical teachers including faculty, preceptors, instructors and others to review current medical education research and discuss applications to teaching practice. Learners can either join the live webinar to discuss the month's article, or can view the discussion at their leisure. The Virtual Journal Club will connect learners with clinical teaching experts. Learners will prepare for the webinar by reading an article selected by the webinar leader. Topics will cover: educating interprofessional student groups, giving feedback, LGBTQ education, program/teaching evaluation, technology in teaching. Additional topics will be added based on learner interest and need.
