Dr. Terry Fairbanks is the Assistant VP for Ambulatory Quality & Safety at MedStar Health and Professor of Emergency Medicine at Georgetown University. He is the founding director for the National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare and has held various leadership positions for the MedStar Institute for Innovation. Currently he serves as the Institute's Assoc. Director with Executive Oversight and holds leadership positions with the MedStar Simulation Training and Education Laboratory,and the MedStar Telehealth Innovation Center.
