Series Overview

The UW Department of Emergency Medicine (EM) Critical Care Grand Rounds series gives stage to the leaders in our specialty to present on topics that are high yield for faculty, residents, advanced practice providers (APPs), medical students, and other medical professionals. This conference specifically highlights a case based discussion of critical care topics including, resuscitation, advanced management of critical illness, and critical care diagnostics.

In support of improving patient care, the University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)

The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP designates this knowledge-based activity for a maximum of 1.0 hours or 0.1 CEUs of CPE credit. Credit can be earned by successfully completing the activity. Credit will be provided to NABP CPE Monitor within 60 days after the activity completion.
