Intended Audience
This activity is intended for otolaryngologists and advanced practice providers who treat otolaryngologic conditions.
Elements of Competence
This continuing education activity has been designed to change learner competence and focuses on the American Board of Medical Specialties areas of medical knowledge, systems-based practice, and the interprofessional competency of roles/responsibilities.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational activity, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Determine where to access the latest research, guidelines, and advancements in laryngology
- Identify and advocate for essential diagnostic tools and therapeutic options to ensure all patients have access to optimal treatment
- Implement strategies to enhance communication among healthcare providers and patients to minimize misunderstandings and improve care coordination
