Target Audience
This activity is intended for otolaryngologists and advanced practice providers who treat otolaryngologic conditions.
Elements of Competence
This continuing education activity has been designed to change learner competence and focuses on the American Board of Medical Specialties areas of medical knowledge, patient care and procedural skills, and the interprofessional competency of roles/responsibilities.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational activity, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Describe the complexity of head and neck procedures and how to assist in management postoperatively of your patients
- Illustrate the complexity of antimicrobial stewardship and be able to better manage your patients in a non-operative fashion
- Explain and appreciate medical missions due to disparities in other countries
