Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) Quarterly Healthcare Provider Meetings 2026
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections Quarterly Healthcare Meeting is an ongoing series that occurs four times a year. In these meetings, practitioners (MD/DO/APNP/PA) discuss evidence‑based medical practices and how they relate to care in the Wisconsin DOC. Key features include one to three medical lectures, updates on pharmacy and therapeutics, updates on EMR implementation and optimization to streamline and standardize care, and an administrative update on where the Bureau of Health Services stands in various areas. Additional discussions on quality improvement, efficiencies, and patient‑centered care initiatives will also occur.
