Learners will engage with in depth information on cardiac topics including: cardiac topics including heart failure, anticoagulants, post procedure groin and radial management, pacemakers, agitated saline administration.

Intended Audience

This activity is designed for nurses and radiology technologists.

By participating in this activity learners, as members of the healthcare team, will be able to:

  2. Name symptoms of left sided heart failure
  3. Explain three components of post cardiac procedure care
  4. Recall steps for the Chest Pain Protocol
