Overview
Understand and apply principles of managing elevated intracranial HTN. Be able to identify and apply concepts to caring for a post-surgical open heart patient. Learn and understand the principles of different cases in organ and tissue donation. Review and demonstrate principles of massive transfusion of blood products.

Intended Audience
This activity is designed to reach Nurses (RN, APRN).
Learning Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants, as members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Apply concepts for managing intracranial HTN in acute and long-term interventions
- Demonstrate knowledge in the management of OTD cases such as brain death vs. DCD
- Determine the need for MTP and discuss initiation and management
- Identify the standard of care for post op surgical heart patients
