Transplant Online Grand Rounds (2025)
Series Overview
Lecture series featuring a variety of transplant medicine and surgical topics designed to increase the awareness, knowledge and competence of transplant professionals. Speakers may include transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, infectious disease specialists, advanced practice providers and pharmacists.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Apply and communicate knowledge of current best practices and novel practices in the care of transplant patients
- Utilize technical advancements in the collaborative care of transplant patients
- Discuss clinical practice guidelines, surgical methods, research, and best practice guidelines with other transplant professionals who make up the interprofessional care team.
- Reflect on issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in transplant surgery
