RSS Renewal Refresher Workshop 2025-2026

September 10, 2024 to September 24, 2024

At the 2025-2026 Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) Renewal Refresher Workshops, we will discuss current topics related to accreditation, conflicts of interest (COI), and evaluation in CE.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Gain insights into effective RSS planning from the 2022-2024 RSS Cycle.
  2. Assess Conflict of Interest disclosures and mitigate relationships in alignment with the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.
  3. Adopt practical strategies and resources for collecting evaluation data.
  4. Discuss the 2025-2026 RSS planning application.

Dates, times and locations (virtual):

Tuesday, September 10 @ 11:30 AM - 12 PM
Tuesday, September 24 @ 8:00-8:30 & 8:30 - 9:00 AM.

Every RSS is required to participate as a condition for renewal. The RSS Chair, at least one subject matter expert from your committee, and the Coordinator must attend.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)

The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs  (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for .50 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

 

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.0 ANCC hours.

 

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)

A maximum of 0.50 hours of knowledge-based CE credit can be earned by successfully completing this live activity. Pharmacists should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. CE credit information, based on verification of live attendance and completion of the program assessment and evaluation, will be provided to NABP within 60 days after the activity completion.
