Objectives:
- Describe the anatomy and biomechanics of the forearm, including the PRUJ, DRUJ, and interosseous membrane, and their roles in forearm rotation.
- Recognize common disorders affecting the forearm axis, such as fractures, instability, and malunions, and outline current evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Identify potential complications associated with management of forearm pathologies, and discuss approaches for prevention and revision treatment.
