Neurology Online Grand Rounds (2023)
Series Overview
One hour didactic sessions where speakers deliver clinical, basic science and translational talks on neurology and neuroscience related topics. Speakers include UW neurology department faculty members, including neuropsychologists, researchers, clinical faculty, neurology residents, as well as other UW clinicians/researchers or invited speakers from outside UW.
Intended Audience
MD, medical students, PhD (faculty, post-docs) graduate students, Researchers and Scientists, MDPhDs, DO, NPs, PAs, RN, APRN, Psychologists, Faculty and resident specialties including neurology (adult and pediatric neurology, neuropsychology), neurosurgery, neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, developmental pediatrics.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this online educational series, learners will be able to:
- Enhance their comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines for evidence-based neurological patient care.
- Evaluate neuroscience research that they may implement in their clinical or research practice.
- Apply knowledge of the scientific method to research and scholarly practice in the fileds of neuroscience and clinical neurology.
