- Express some thoughtful information about how to develop a “research plan” for life (ie how to be successful like Dr Turnipseed).
- Identify ways to challenge surgical mentors to do a better job of focusing on needs of students, residents, fellows and young faculty.
- Reflect on the many reasons we in academics perform “research.”
