In this interactive, hands-on course, clinicians will explore the functionality of M-Modal's Fluency Direct editing tools and how to effectively use to them help gain time back in their day spent making corrections.
Intended Audience
This activity is designed for health care providers at UW Health who utilize Fluency Direct software and wish to further knowledge of the system's capabilities to improve productivity and accuracy.
Learning Objectives
By participating in this activity learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficiency with dictation technology including calibrating devices and correcting text.
- Identify the importance of specific editing tools to enhance productivity and aid with documentation.
- Examine facility-approved best practices for reducing documentation errors.
