Introduction to Telephone Triage (3 Hours)

Introduction to Telephone Triage course is a three-hour in-clinic course designed to introduce RNs to telephone triage and provide skills and resources to practice as a telephone triage nurse. This course will provide RNs with a foundation to start their practice as a telephone triage RN. Topics covered in the course include the nursing process as it relates to telephone triage, telephone triage legal considerations, resources and tips for telephone triage and telephone triage documentation. 
 

Intended Audience

Registered Nurses who perform telephone triage in clinic.
