Epic Provider Coaching Sessions 2026-2027
Course Overview
Provider coaching sessions are 45 minute 1:1 class between a medical provider and an Epic trainer. During this session, providers come with their questions about the Epic EMR for the trainer to answer. After questions are resolved, the trainer develops EHR aptitude with the trainee by showcasing efficiency tips in the system.

- Apply go‑live support workflows and troubleshooting strategies to independently navigate core system functions during clinical operations.
- Demonstrate mastery of foundational system concepts and processes required for safe and effective practice, as evidenced by completion of post‑training knowledge checks or simulations.
- Execute required onboarding workflows and documentation when transitioning between organizations to maintain continuity of care and system compliance.
