Presenters discuss how to quickly analyze communication from patients or other providers, reduce the number of steps needed to address common messages received, and automate consistency for follow-up care.

Learning Objectives
By participating in this activity learners will be able to:
- Utilize tools such as Chart Search, Chart Review, Results Review, and Synopsis to review valuable patient information and enable a more effective patient encounter.
- Make use of pre-charting tools to more efficiently organize patient workflows and orders in anticipation of a patient encounter
- Identify keyboard shortcuts to increase efficiency navigating the chart.
