INTENDED AUDIENCE
This activity is designed for psychologists, social workers, physicians, nurses and other interested mental healthcare providers.
ELEMENTS OF COMPETENCE
This continuing education activity has been designed to change learner competence and focuses on the American Board of Medical Specialties areas of interpersonal and communication skills, and the interprofessional competencies of interprofessional communication and teams/teamwork.
GLOBAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This conference will allow participants to focus on collaboration between mental healthcare providers and others who support the wellbeing of students through a community approach to strengthen approaches in the supporting and healing of students' health and wellbeing. As a result of participation in this conference, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Identify the importance of collaboration in mental health care.
- Describe evidence-based practices and innovate programming that advances mental health care on college campuses.
- Identify, describe, and discuss the value of meaningful engagement with students’ lived experiences in evaluating and improving mental health services on campus.
- Apply lessons learned from the conference to improve the practice of collaborative mental health care on college campuses.

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.
American Medical Association (AMA)
The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP designates this live activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP designates this live activity for a maximum of 8 ANCC hours.
Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the University of Wisconsin–Madison Interprofessional Continuing Education Partnership (ICEP) is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 8 general live general continuing education credits.
