7th Floor Education Summit - June 26, 2025
Overview
This course provides participants with up-to-date education on the latest evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care. Learners will explore new, evolving, high-risk, and low-volume practices relevant to their field. The curriculum includes hands-on training in BLS/CPR and AED usage, safe chemotherapy administration and documentation, and the selection and use of appropriate safe patient handling equipment.

Intended Audience
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of nurses.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants, as members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Demonstrate BLS/CPR and use of AED during a cardiac arrest
- Describe the steps for safe chemotherapy administration and documentation
- Select the proper safe patient handling equipment to use while moving patients on the unit
