  1. Recognize neonatal medical presentations which indicate genomic testing, including encephalopathy without inciting event, multiple congenital anomalies, metabolic crises, seizures and other clinical presentations.
  2. Identify patient selection criteria resources
  3. Describe the evolving nature of NICU patient selection models for genomic sequencing from  restrictive to universal models (e.g. inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and universal testing)
