  1. Summarize the ACMG variant classification scoring framework used in genomic testing as if relates to interpretation of an uncertain result
  2. State the importance of correlating the clinical phenotype with the genomic test result when interpreting an uncertain genetic finding
  3. Describe genomic testing workflow steps when an uncertain result is identified, including communicating with the family, parental testing, referral to the outpatient setting and reanalysis
