Whole Health Foundations (Choose only one)

Transform your clinical environment by focusing first on the providers themselves. This essential first step in the Whole Health journey invites clinicians to explore their own self-care by experiencing the Whole Health approach firsthand. Whole Health Foundations is an opportunity for clinicians to reconnect with why they first entered health care. Clinicians explore self-care as a way to enhance their own resilience as well as that of their patients. After reflecting on their own meaning and purpose, clinicians learn to cultivate the power of deep listening, while practicing Whole Health skills to bring to their patients.

Intended Audience

Clinicians who are interested in exploring Whole Health, considering how it can be used to improve one’s own health and well-being, and implementing Whole Health into their professional practices.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the Whole Health approach
  • Apply deep listening and exploration of Meaning, Aspirations, or Purpose (MAP) to their clinical care
