Series Overview
Using a multidisciplinary approach, these case reviews will follow both a maternal and neonatal patient through the entirety of their care. Each case will highlight an in-depth review of the fetal tracing as well as provide education on maternal and neonatal diagnoses when applicable.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will:
- Analyze a maternal and neonatal record, including prenatal through postpartum and neonatal courses.
- Discuss issues related to the case including but not limited to interventions performed, lab data and treatment modalities.
- Identify gaps, barriers, and successes throughout both maternal and neonatal cares such as communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate family centered care as it pertains to addressing health disparities, the importance of SDOH screening and linkage to resources.

MD/DO, RN, APRN, Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, Genetic Counselors, and Social Workers.
