Beyond the Couch: College Psychiatry Clinical Conversations

Mental health clinicians and medical providers working in university counseling and health centers frequently collaborate in supporting students with increasingly complex mental health needs. As the psychopharmacology landscape continues to evolve, it is essential for providers to remain informed about current medication classes, evidence-based treatment approaches, and practical prescribing considerations relevant to college-aged populations.

This continuing education series consists of two 60-minute interactive clinical case discussions designed to enhance participants' understanding of psychopharmacologic treatment in collegiate mental health settings. Additionally, diagnostic challenges related to clinical decision-making, including psychopharmacologic treatment, will be discussed.
